Step 1 Appearance Inspection 
 
We perform appearance inspection of all incoming items, make detailed inspection records and take pictures of each items in record
•Manufacturer, part number, quantity, production date code and environmental standard test.
•Inspection of the outer packaging, whether the packaging is intact/complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding MSL standards
•Marking inspection, Consistency checking, check according to the original specifications/datasheet, documentation
•Material appearance inspection, dust condition, deformation of Pin foot, indication of oxidation of Pin foot
•HS CODE check, consistent with invoice/packing list information
 
Step 2 Engineer review
 
All items which found to be suspicious in the appearance inspection shall be reviewed by the engineer.

•Refer to the quality control datasheet to check the manufacturer's label/identification, code identification
• Barcode scanning detection
• Check the factory batch number (Lot No.) with the original manufacturer, the date code and the corresponding origin of the wafer/package
 
Step 3 Quality Test
 
In the second inspection, there are still doubts. We usually send them to professional testing house for more detailed analysis and inspection.

• Electrical performance compliance test
• Original test analysis report
