1.About RFQ
If I request a quote from you, how long will it take to receive?We realize that time is money for our clients. Most client requests for a quote that are received during regular business hours can be responded to within the hour. However, if it is a complicated order, or we are experiencing an extraordinarily busy time, it may take a little longer, but we’d let you know that at the time of request.
2.How can you control your quality？
We can offer 365 days warranty and only quote new in original and each parts must pass our QA testing, we also work with some professional labs in Shenzhen, such as white horse, AAA, TESTOP and so on, specially for EOL/Obsoleted components, we will send to do 2nd testing to make sure each pieces are correct and workable.
3.Why is the price sometimes higher than other suppliers?
Because we will not replace the refurbished ones with original ones, each parts must pass our QA testing before shipment to ensure the quality, our company even bear the testing charge for 2nd testing on testing house if need. Time is money, we don’t like to spend more time to solve any mistake so we prefer to ensure that the goods you get can be worked on the board! You get what you pay for!
4.How is your sources
We have years of procurement experience from original factory, Authorized Distributor like mouser, digikey, arrow, avnet, OEM/CM stocks, we have built our own whitelist and blacklist and we will update the whitelist and blacklist every 6 months, we can ensure the quality meanwhile we can get much competitive price for our clients! Our clients earn money so that we can earn money!
4.Do you keep any products in stock?Yes. we have office in Shenzhen and warehouse in HongKong. In fact, we will be operating out of an even larger, purpose-built warehouse space early in 2020 so that we have even greater capacity to warehouse product.What this means for our clients is that often they can receive products in record time because we are able to fill and ship orders from our central warehouse facility.
5.What kind of product dispatch times can I expect?
If the parts have stocks, we can arrange shipment within 1hour; If the product is not currently in stock, the standard lead-time 3-7 days. We have a standardised and efficient process in place that alleviates most delays and ensures a timely delivery.

We accept TT, Paypal ,Western Union,Wechat payment or Alipay etc.
