Purchasing manager

1. Develop new suppliers of international electronic components (brand ICs, memory chips, transistors, etc.) (including traders, agents and factory inventory);
2. Formulate and recommend commodity price strategies;
3. Reduce costs and price negotiations;
4. Supplier management, continuous improvement of delivery and quality improvement;
5. Support the procurement needs of new projects;
6. Contract management;
7. Support local production units to solve problems;
8. Other procurement related work;
 
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above (International trade and other related majors are preferred)
2. Possess CET4 English proficiency qualification or relevant English proficiency certificate;
3. Possess good negotiation and communication skills, and be familiar with contract and law requirements;
4. Integrity, integrity, and good professional ethics;
5. Familiar with OFFICE office software and office equipment;
6. Have 1 year or more experience in IC international procurement, introduction of original factories, agents and other high-quality upstream channels;
7. Accept short-term business trips due to work needs;
 
 
Wages:
Basic salary + commission + performance bonus + extra bonus + attendance bonus + year-end bonus + social security
 
The commission is paid on a quarterly basis, after the payment is received, the wages are not suppressed, and the wages are not in arrears
