Impact of Component Shipments Under the COVID-19 Epidemic (with the original factory epidemic report

Recently, as the COVID-19 pandemic has caused more countries to continue to be affected by work and travel restrictions, we are in contact with suppliers and freight forwarders to continue to understand their possible impact.

Transportation and logistics:

As transportation and logistics conditions in many parts of the world are changing rapidly, we will continue to work closely with logistics service providers to minimize the impact on our supply chain. In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, frequently changing travel restrictions and regional closure measures have been implemented around the world, which has put pressure on global air and sea transport capacity, which has increased resistance for us to provide products in a timely manner.

The following is a list of currently known limitations that may affect our supply chain globally:

• Italy: Some freight companies have suspended service in the Italian region.
• Malaysia: Most foreigners are prohibited from entering or transiting through Malaysia.
• China: TNT shipments from China are limited to 100 kg per shipper per day.
Air cargo capacity from China to Europe has been greatly reduced.
• Czech Republic / Austria: Some operators are suspending services to the Czech Republic and Austria.
• European Union: The European Union closes borders for most travelers outside the EU for 30 days.
Several European countries have imposed national travel restrictions.
• United States: The United States prohibits foreigners who have visited high-risk countries from entering the country.
Santa Clara County: Implements shipping and pickup restrictions on non-essential businesses.
• Singapore: Singapore will not allow entry of people with a history of travel to France, Germany, Italy and Spain within the past 14 days.
• Philippines: Until April 14, the Philippines will ban all travel to and from the capital Manila.
• Vietnam: Vietnam will reject tourists from the European Schengen area and the United Kingdom.
• Spain: Spain announced the closure of its land border.
• Turkey: Turkey has suspended all flights to and from high-risk countries.

In China:
Factories in China are returning to work. Based on feedback from our suppliers, most suppliers have stated that they have resumed operations and expect to gradually transition to full production in the next 4-6 weeks.

In Wuhan and Hubei:
Although the closure has continued, some cargo and relief flights have resumed. A few companies have obtained special permits to resume work. We will continue to monitor progress and communicate with our logistics partners on a regular basis to discuss their level of operational recovery in the region and provide timely updates.
